Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Email edmstechsolution@gmail.com or call +91 90031 48192 with your order number.
Returns
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund after inspection. Custom-size or pre-printed labels, and opened ribbons, cannot be returned unless defective.
Software
Software licences can be cancelled before activation. After the licence key is issued, refunds are not available, but we will resolve any functional issue under support.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
